Roland and Eve had both their wedding ceremony and reception in the same big hall at Gateway Church in Mount Edgecombe. It got me thinking about why there shouldn’t be more weddings similar to that, there’ll be less driving around and logistics for the guests and I’m sure the older folk would appreciate it too. We found a great location with sugarcane and little pathways just around the corner to do a quick creative shoot after the ceremony. Shaun and Kerry from Legacy were the event co-ordinators and Karen from Videoccasions did the videography. All in all it was a great day, and I was home early enough to spend the best part of a Saturday evening at home which is quite rare for me.
