Julian and Candice were married under a marula tree in the depths of the African bush, far away from electricity and cell phone signal. It was a small and intimate wedding, with just immediate family present. We had perfect weather without a drop of rain and it was wonderfully warm the whole day. I arrived at Thanda Private Game Reserve nice and early to see if I could sneak in a game drive before I was scheduled to start shooting, but unfortunately it wasn’t to be, so I had plenty of time with both the bride and groom to get to know them a bit and photograph all their preparations. What a wonderful day, thanks for choosing me to be part of a memorable celebration!
